Please read our terms carefully before making a purchase. By completing your order on our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to the terms, please cancel your purchase.
Payment:
We accept payment via credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer. All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT. Payment is required at the time of purchase to complete the order.
Order Confirmation:
Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email within a few minutes. This confirmation indicates that we have received your booking for the introductory course.
Online:
Our courses are delivered online, and you will have access to all course materials during the course. A link to the online meeting will be sent on the same day the course takes place.
Right of Withdrawal and Refunds:
According to the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. If you are not satisfied with the course, you may request a full refund within 90 days of purchase under our Money-back Guarantee. If you have started the course and are dissatisfied with the content, please contact us to request a refund.
Complaints:
If the course you purchased is defective, please contact us immediately via email at contact@northwaveyachting.com so we can resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will offer a full refund.
Liability:
We are responsible for the services we provide, but we cannot be held liable for technical issues, delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend checking system requirements before starting the course.
Privacy and Data Protection:
We process all personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can read here. We comply with applicable data protection laws to safeguard your information.
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or issues arising from circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, or technical problems.

Governing Law and Disputes:
These terms are governed by Finnish law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved directly between the parties, the dispute will be settled in a Finnish court.
