We help you identify which role on board is the best fit for you - whether it's a deckhand, navigator, engineer, or another technical position. We explain the specific requirements and responsibilities of each role and guide you on how to excel in them.

Certificates and Safety Courses
We assist you in booking the mandatory safety courses needed to work on a yacht. Additionally, we provide information on supplementary certifications and qualifications that can make you a more competitive candidate in the industry.

We show you how to create a professional CV that emphasizes your technical and maritime skills. We also help you tailor your CV to stand out in the competitive yachting industry.
After completing the course, you’ll have everything you need to confidently pursue a career in the yachting industry, including the necessary safety certifications, a polished CV, and clarity on which position best suits your skills and ambitions.
