We provide an overview of how the industry works, the different types of vessels, and their specific requirements.

Finding the Right Position Onboard

We help you identify which role on board suits you best - whether it's becoming a stewardess, chef, nanny, or another position. We explain the differences between these roles and guide you trough what is required to succeed in them.

Certificates and Safety Courses

We assist you in booking all the necessary safety courses needed to work on a yacht. You will also learn about additional certificates and qualifications that can enhance your competitiveness in the industry.

CV Building and Industry - Specific Advice

We guide you on how to build an effective CV that highlights your strengths and experience. We help you understand how to make your CV more competitive in the yachting market and how to stand out from other job seekers.

After completing the course, you’ll have everything you need to confidently pursue a career in the yachting industry, including the necessary safety certifications, a polished CV, and clarity on which position best suits your skills and ambitions.

We will guide you to be fully prepared for your job. Through our collaboration with yacht management, you’ll have the opportunity to secure your first position with us once you’ve obtained all required certifications and the right work experience.
